TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE “REGISTER TO WIN $1,000” (THE "PROMOTION") SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA STATE.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Promotion, you must be resident of the State of Florida, at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (a "Participant"). Employees of Sponsor, Administrator and their respective affiliates, parent, and subsidiary companies, including members of their households or immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) are prohibited from entering the Promotion.
AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Participation in this Promotion constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to (i) these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions” ); (ii) all eligibility requirements; and (iii) the decisions of the Administrator, which are binding and final on matters related to this Promotion. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, local and municipal laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. For purposes of this Promotion, a 'day' is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET. Administrator's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Promotion and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.
TIMING: The Promotion begins on February 1st, 2020, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 29, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotional Period"), and consists of one (1) entry period (an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.

After the End Dates, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the competition, the Participant will follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the online entry form at the website Https://www.ranafurniture.com/gift-card-en. NOTE: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A MESSAGE CONFIRMING YOUR ONLINE ENTRY. Entries made using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified.
LIMIT: ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER ENTRY PERIOD PER HOUSEHOLD, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF EMAIL ADDRESSES.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Administrator will randomly select by software the potential Entry Period winner (the "Potential Winner") from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period on or around the drawing dates indicated in the chart in the Timing section above. The Potential Winner will be notified by email and/text message/Phone call and/or letter within 30 days of the drawing date. Messages may not be left. If, despite reasonable efforts, the Potential Winner does not respond within 14 days after the first notification or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, such Potential Winner may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, forfeit his or her prize and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Administrator, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) Potential Winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any Potential Winner (i) is found to be ineligible; (ii) if he or she has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or (iii) declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Terms and Conditions. Potential Winner must verify address within five (5) business days. Failure of any Potential Winner to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate Potential Winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the Potential Winners will be declared the official winner of the Entry Period (the "Prize Winner(s)").
PRIZES: The prize awarded will be $1,000 in a Gift Card to be used at Rana Furniture’s stores. The rest of the Participants will receive a $50 Gift Card to be used at Rana Furniture’s stores. All federal, state, provincial, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from Prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Limit of one prize per person per Entry Period. The Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FOR EACH ENTRY PERIOD.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Each Participant may enter only one (1) time during an Entry Period, regardless of method of entry and regardless of the number of email addresses. Participants who do not provide a valid email address will not be entered into the Promotion. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Participant's entries and that Participant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or interfere with this Promotion in any manner. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor, Administrator, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agencies, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrators' opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Administrator reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a Prize, the Prize Winner or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of his/her name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of Prize Winner's name on the Sponsor's website(s) and social media, in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Participants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree to release indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participating in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Prize awarded. U.S. Law governs this Promotion. Notice to online participants: Internet access and usage charges applicable to a Participant's account, including local, long distance, 800/888* access charges and/or any usage charges applicable under Participant's Internet pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while a Participant is online in connection with this Promotion, and will be the sole responsibility of such Participant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by any means, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Potential Winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the judging procedure outlined above. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. Participants are providing his or her information to Sponsor and not to any other party. The Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. The Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of Participants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the United States laws and by the laws of the state of Florida, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved through Arbitration.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
